Very rude and unhelpfull staff - every time I went down to the front desk, they were eating something - pizza, bangers and mash or similar. The cleaning lady started unlocking my door to enter the room while I was in there - without knocking! My room was very tiny, the TV was horrible, and there is NO air-conditioning at the hotel at all.
