| 19.07.2002 Daniel Veillard (Swiss Barn, Ballina, Co, Mayo) As outlined in my comments form I found the hotel to be comfortable but my wife and I were disappointed by the quality of the food we received and by the service ie the crab claws served as part of the seafood platter were waterlogged (I would suggest patting them in kitchen paper after defrosting); the rashers served at breakfast were placed under the grill overlapping each other which meant only one side of one rasher and part of the other were cooked properly. | | |
